My Anemic Self
Do I have anemia?!? Or am I just going into flu-ism?
Since yesterday, I've been feeling nothing but fatigue. I'm able to get up from bed no problem, but I'm so incredibly tired and I don't know what to think about it. Since everyone around me is getting the flu, maybe I am too.
But a co-worker mentioned to me that major fatigue is the number one symptom of anemia. Do I have a low count on red-blood cells? Tonight I shall stuff my stomach with vitamins and spinach (since I don't like red/pink meat...no jokes please) and take it from there!

Ah... well... lack of sleep or over stressed also caused that problem.... Ever try Ginger tea? Have a cup at night... it will heat up your body and make you sweat like a seal (wait, do seals sweat?) --- it helps to increase the metabolism in your body... so your body can get rid of the toxics..and absorbs more vitamins and other goodies.
this may sound completely crazy but drinking orange Gatorade (instead of OJ) first thing in the morning helps me feel better and more energized.
Right. Ginger tea is dah bomb. But drink it at night, and make sure you wore long sleeve shirts and pants. SO you can sweat it out.
It seems like Flu. I had a nasty one a month ago, was down for 2 weeks... Make sure you drink a lot of fluid.
GO see a doctor if you feel no improvement within the next 2 days....
Hope you feel bettah.
