I know I'm a little rusty at this whole job search thing. But tell me, how long is the wait usually for a response? I went to my second interview at this place almost a month ago, and still, no word yet. I contacted him about 2 weeks after my interview and asked if the position has been filled yet. He said they were still going forward with a decision, thank you. What does that mean?? Do I wait? Do I take that as "Go look for something else"? Did they just waste my time going for that second interview? I really wanted this job, but I'm not desperate for it. Luckily, I'm in no panic for something right now. I really wish they would give me an answer to work with though.
